Outreach

Outreach is the service initiative of Crossroads Church. One of our Core Values is LOVE GOD LOVE ALL! Simply put, we love God, therefore, our service to others in our community reflect our love for Him. To this end, we partner with exemplary nonprofits to create volunteer opportunities. Our hope is that as people participate in these projects, they will start to see service as less of an event and more of a lifestyle.

We recognize there are many different types of needs in our community. However, in order to maximize our impact, we have chosen to narrow the scope of our efforts. So, we've decided to focus our efforts on helping the young children of our community through something we call MINI MAKEOVERS.

Minimakeover are when we go into an elementary childs bedroom and redesign his whole room with fresh paint, flooring, custom beds, and all new accessories. WOW! What an awesome opportunity to bless the family.

We want to use these Servant Projects as a tools to create a community where people experience the life of Christ by giving their lives away. We want to support nonprofits in our community with volunteers. We want to live out the Biblical imperatives to serve the hungry, the sick, and others in need. We want life change. We believe that by exercising the privilege of interacting with and serving the poor all of us are changed. And we want you to join us!

There are also other Commuunity Events that we do throughout the year such as our Easter Egg Hunt downtown Seguin at Central Park; Christmas Eve candlelight service at the center of our city; and 2-3x per year we have out Night of Worship service at Central Park as well! We love the idea of using the center of our city to share the love of Christ!
